Jam with brian,ariel,terrance and spruce was good. Real good for a first one. Looking forward to the future with this band.
Studying has been tough. Completed 3 1/2 hours as of now. Dam need 6hours more. To reach my quota, my “emergency contingency plan” !
Bought Coldplay’s new album today. Also realised that I haven’t updated in awhile. I’m really ok everybody. I’m just.. different.
Back to the topic, Coldplay totally swept away all critics who said that they were ‘one-trick ponies’ with only the ability to produce the classic hits such as “Yellow”, “The Scientist” and perhaps ” Clocks”. They certainly have done really well with this new album, and must be applauded for their bravery to break out of their comfort zone. I really love the ambience on this album; credit goes out especially to Jonny Buckland for his innovative usage of effects and Will Champion for some strings arrangement.
Chris Martins’ voice, most importantly of all, has taken a drastic change. Not for better nor for worse, but just different. It certainly is a refreshing change amid the sea of U2-wannabes.
